For first or second-time home buyers or those looking to upgrade from an apartment, our Silver Series homes make it possible for growing families to build a custom house at a mid-level price point. With full access to our Design Center, our staff will help you select countertops, floor covers, paint colors and more to best fit your style.
Cost to Build
The Silver Series is the second line in our three tiers of home building plans. Several factors such as location, plan, and upgrades will impact the pricing for your new home. In general, our price for building a Silver Series home typically falls into $250k – $375k range.
The Process
The complexity of your floor plan/selections, seasonal influences, permitting & lot preparation requirements, etc. all influence the time that it will take to build your new home. Once excavation has occurred, we will establish and communicate a closing date with you. Typical schedules (once excavated) for our Streamline series is 90 – 100 days.
